1st November 1998  Counted! opens for a beta testing phase! Counted! was opened today to provide you with a new way to find good sites. On top of the usual Category Links all sites are not sorted by name, but sorted by Points. The number of points each site gets depends on the number of hits it gets per day AND how its surfers voted.
